Elvis Reinerio Tineo Rafael is a second-generation coffee producer from El Diamante in Cajamarca, Northern Peru, where his family owns 12 hectares of coffee land.
Managing 3 hectares at 1700–1900 masl, Elvis oversees processing and drying while producing specialty coffee varieties including Bourbon, Caturra, Catuai, Gesha, and Centroamericano.
Since taking over the farm in 2016, he has shifted production from commercial to specialty coffee, and through a partnership with Falcon Speciality since 2018, the family has gained technical support, sustainability guidance, and better premiums while maintaining environmentally conscious farming practices.
