Fruit-forward complexity and sweetness, with a syrupy, sticky mouthfeel that coats the palate.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePerched along a ridge at 2,250 MASL in Bombe, Nguisse Nare’s 10-hectare farm, “Setame,” is planted with the 74158 variety and intercropped with taro and sweet potato. Nguisse acquired the farm four years ago and has since maintained a strong focus on quality, carefully floating the cherries before drying them slowly on raised beds for up to 20 days.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTogether with his two other farms, one in Kokose and another in Tiburo.
